SCHNITZels & GIGGLES 2015 EVENT MENU
Please note that not all menu items will be available at each show.
A schnitzel is a thin ‘escalope of meat, which is first floured, egg washed then bread crumbed before frying.
Schnitzel is served on a roll, on a stick or as a platter with choice of 1 side.
The platter is served on a bed of Fresh Hand-Cut Fries with a side of Red Cabbage and a Roll.
We offer a choice of Pork or Chicken for your Schnitzel.
Traditional – Bratwurst topped with Sauerkraut or Peppers and onions
Double up – Bratwurst topped with Sauerkraut and peppers and onions
Munich Melt – Brat with cheese
Wurst Monster – Bratwurst topped with sauerkraut, peppers and onions, pomme frites, cheese or gravy
Curry Wurst – Ask nicely and Alex or Meagan will slice up a brat and serve it smothered in Alex’s homemade curry ketchup.
THE BEST WURST
Made with the finest ingredients, selected by Chef Bob Graf for quality and authenticity. Served on a fresh Bolillo Roll or served on a platter with 2 wursts on top of a bed of Fresh Hand-Cut Fries, Red Cabbage or Sauerkraut and a Roll.
Pommes Frites – Our Fresh Hand-Cut Frites (French Fries) are served plain or with a choice of topping such as Cheese, Chili, Gravy or a combination of toppings.
German Style Potato Pancakes – served with a choice of Applesauce or Sour Cream on the side.
Sauerkraut – Our fresh kraut made with apples and bacon.
Braised Red Cabbage – made with Granny Smith Apples & Onions.
Jager Gravy – Mushroom sautéed in bacon, mixed with brown gravy will make your taste buds sing!
Alpermagronen – (Swiss Alpine Macaroni) penne pasta and shredded potatoes sautéed in onions and bacon then smothered in various Swiss cheeses.

Not all beverages served at all events.
